Types of finishing

In embroidery, threads are pulled through the fabric and secured with needles. Applied embroidery is arguably the highest quality method for embellishing textiles with motifs and patterns. The embroidery can be applied flat or raised (3D effect).
Particularly suitable for: high-quality textiles, polyester & cotton textiles, leisure & workwear,
Features: extremely durable, high-quality appearance

In flex and flock printing, films are pressed onto a textile under pressure and heat.
The film then remains on the textile. This allows for designs with vibrant colors and sharp contours. No other printing process promises such brilliant color results. Flex films have a glossy or matte finish.
Flock films are matt due to small protruding fibers and have a surface that is soft like fabric.
Particularly suitable for: outdoor items, workwear, motifs without color gradients
Properties: very weather-resistant, extremely durable

Transfer or sublimation printing uses special dyes. Pressure is applied to the film and textile at high temperatures, transferring the ink from the film to the textile. The ink penetrates the fibers and bonds with the textile.
Particularly suitable for: Polyester textiles, outdoor items
Properties: high heat and UV resistance
