Transfer or sublimation printing uses special dyes to transfer films to almost any surface at high temperatures.

First, a motif is printed onto a heat-resistant film using special dyes. This allows for not only simple vector graphics but also top-quality photos on virtually any material. The more fibers the surface has, the better the motif adheres after printing.

In the second step, the printed transfer film is applied to the desired object and sublimated using a heat press. This means that the motif is applied to the item under high heat and pressure. With temperatures of up to 230°C, the press creates a strong bond between the dye and the fiber. Following the transfer printing process and subsequent fixation of the motif in the drying tunnel, the printing process is completed.

All synthetic textiles such as polyester sports shirts or yoga pants are suitable for the process, but even hard products such as cell phone cases, mouse pads and mugs can be printed quickly and with high quality thanks to innovative technology.

Due to its high heat and UV resistance, the printing process is particularly often used for outdoor items and seasonal items such as umbrellas and loungers, but clothing designs also last significantly longer thanks to sublimation.

The motif is best shown on white or pastel-colored

Backgrounds. With sublimation printing, no applied layer remains on the fibers of the item. This not only ensures a particularly high-quality appearance but also preserves the breathability of sports/functional clothing, such as running jerseys and jerseys.

The durable print is weatherproof and dishwasher safe and will last for many years.
