Shipment
We ship completed orders within 1-2 business days.
For custom designs, we require 1-5 business days for shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated before your order is completed.

Right of withdrawal (right of return)
If the product is defective, we will, of course, accept the return. We will cover the costs and refund the money. We also offer a free exchange of defective items.
If you order as a private individual , you have a statutory right of withdrawal (right of return). We offer a right of return within 30 days. However, if you have items customized or manufactured, there is no right of withdrawal.
There is generally no right of withdrawal for commercial customers .
