The displayed seals are for guidance only . Each seal represents an official and recognized certification or quality by the manufacturer or an organization.
Unfortunately, for legal reasons, we are not allowed to display all seals/certifications, as we as a company do not have this seal/certification. For this reason, we have decided not to provide any specific information in some cases.

Finishing is a process that takes place after textile production and ensures that textiles are personalized/altered .
Basically, "refining" is an umbrella term for the application of:

- Flex & flock printing
- Digital direct printing (DTG)

How can I return something?
In short:
If the product is defective , we will, of course, take the item back . We will cover the costs and refund your money .
We also offer a free exchange of defective items.
Please also ensure that all products are shipped in their original packaging and that all product tags are present and intact . If this is not the case, we cannot accept the item back .
If you order as a private individual , you have a statutory right of withdrawal (right of return) of 30 days . However, if you have items customized or manufactured , there is no right of withdrawal .
There is generally no right of withdrawal for commercial customers .
