Digital printing

Digital direct printing is the most widely used method for decorating textiles with motifs and photographs.

Similar to a printer, which almost everyone is familiar with at home, designs are applied directly to the fabric. We use the xy printer. This enables subtle color gradients, true-to-original color intensity, and sharp contours. After printing, the fabric is fed into a special drying tunnel. This ensures that the garment demonstrates adequate light and wash resistance, as well as increased elasticity. Above all, this special dryer enhances the appearance, as individual textile fibers remain visible.

Textiles finished with digital direct printing are washable at up to 40°C. The print is also particularly tear-resistant.

Unlike other printing processes, there are no additional costs for complex setup, and production can begin immediately upon receipt of the data. Our software supports most common file formats. After a brief alignment of the motif, the prepared textiles can be printed directly.
